Community Prayer Meetings: Our weekly prayer and praise meetings are every Sunday from 4 to 5:30pm at the Warm Springs Community Center. As always, these prayer meetings are open to anyone who would like to join us in praising GOD and learning more about MSJC. MSJC Community Meeting: The next MSJC Community Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, July 13th at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Kingsley's home in San Jose.
Pizza Nites: The next MSJC Pizza Nite is scheduled for Sunday, July 28th. MSJC provides the pizza after the regular Sunday prayer meeting and requests that you sign-up to bring other needed items such as salads and sodas. Sign-up by July 21st or call Judy Bateman.
No Sunday Prayer Meetings in August: Due to the community summer break in August, there will be no prayer meetings in August. Also, there is no prayer meeting on Sept. 1st due to the Labor Day weekend. Sept. 8th will be the first prayer meeting after the August break.
MSJC Summer Picnic: The MSJC annual summer picnic will be held on Saturday, August 17th, at Emma Prusch Farm in San Jose. We have reserved the Rose Garden Picnic area from 10 AM to 5 PM for our gathering. All are welcome to attend, so plan on coming to this day of fun and fellowship. We are still looking for a coordinator for the picnic, if you would like to volunteer, please contact either Gary Herbst or Judy Bateman ASAP.

Children's Ministry: MSJC offers our children a time to learn about the Lord under our Children's Ministry for Toddlers and School Age Children. For info on this ministry you can call Susan Kingsley. Thank you to those who have volunteered for this important ministry to our MSJC children.
National Catholic Family Conference: The theme for this year's Family Conference is 'The Patronage of Saint Joseph' with speakers such as the Hahns, Alex Jones, Tim Staples, etc. Events or child care are schedule for all ages in order for the whole family to attend. The fee for the entire family is $100. This year's NCFC is scheduled for August 3rd and 4th at the Long Beach Convention Center. You can call 1-877-526-2151 for additional information and registration.
Reserve the last Saturday in August: Please reserve Saturday, Aug. 31 for a special Goodbye celebration for Ernie Orci as he will be leaving for the seminary shortly after that. More details to follow.
Mark your calendar: Annual Fall Retreat will be Oct. 25-27 at the St. Francis Retreat Center in San Juan Baptista.
MSJC Council Meetings: The MSJC Council meets the first Monday of every month to discuss MSJC activities and other business items. Please contact one of the council members for more information on meetings or location.
Prayers/Prayer Line Info: If you have a prayer request that you would like to get on the Prayer Line, you may contact Sylvia Lobo. Members and friends of MSJC will receive the request and lift it up in prayer.
Supporting MSJC: Mission San Jose Community has tax-exempt status with both the Federal and State governments. You can help support MSJC with your tax-deductible contributions which can be given to Chris or Susan Kingsley. A financial report is available to anyone who requests one from Chris Kingsley for review of the finances for MSJC.
