Community Prayer Meetings: Our weekly prayer and praise meetings are every Sunday from 4 to 5:30pm at the Warm Springs Community Center. As always, these prayer meetings are open to anyone who would like to join us in praising GOD and learning more about MSJC. Mother's Day: We will not be having a Prayer Meeting on Mother's Day Sunday, May 12th. Please enjoy the day and celebrate the joy and love of your Mother.

MSJC Community Meeting: The next MSJC Community Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 18th at 6:30pm. The location has yet to be determined and will be announced at the next Prayer Meeting.

Pentecost Sunday and Pizza Night: Join us and help celebrate the "birthday" of the Catholic Church on Pentecost Sunday, May 19th. We will be having our monthly pizza night on this Sunday after the Prayer Meeting to celebrate and enjoy each other's fellowship.

NCCCC: The Northern California Catholic Charismatic Conference (NCCCC) is scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend, May 24-26 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. MSJC will be doing the on site registration and need volunteers. Contact Dan Franke for more information on conference or to volunteer.

Trip to Carmel Mission: For Memorial Day on Monday, May 27th, MSJC will be organizing a trip to the grave site of Blessed Junipero Serra and Mission in Carmel. More info to follow in the coming weeks.

Mark Your Calendar: A Lord's Day Dinner /Talent Show is scheduled from 4 to 8pm on Saturday, June 1st, at the Dominican Sisters Convent in Fremont. Start thinking about which of your many talents you will be refining and showing off at the Talent Show. This will be a potluck dinner so look for signups and more information to come later this month.

Children's Ministry: MSJC offers our children a time to learn about the Lord under our Children's Ministry for Toddlers and School Age Children. For info on this ministry you can call Susan Kingsley. Thank you to those who have volunteered for this important ministry to our MSJC children:

National Catholic Family Conference: The theme for this year's Family Conference is 'The Patronage of Saint Joseph' with speakers such as the Hahns, Alex Jones, Tim Staples, etc. Events or child care are schedule for all ages in order for the whole family to attend. The fee for the entire family is $85, if registered before July 6th. Otherwise, the fee will be $100. This year's NCFC is scheduled for August 3rd and 4th at the Long Beach Convention Center. You can call 1-877-526-2151 for additional information and registration.

MSJC Council Meetings: The MSJC Council meets the first Monday of every month to discuss MSJC activities and other business items. Please contact one of the council members for more information on meetings or location.

Prayers/Prayer Line Info: If you have a prayer request that you would like to get on the Prayer Line, you may contact Sylvia Lobo. Members and friends of MSJC will receive the request and lift it up in prayer.

Supporting MSJC: Mission San Jose Community has tax-exempt status with both the Federal and State governments. You can help support MSJC with your tax-deductible contributions which can be given to Chris or Susan Kingsley. A quarterly financial report is available to anyone who requests one from Chris Kingsley for review of the finances for MSJC.
