Community Prayer Meetings at Holy Family Parish in San Jose: We have a new format for our Sunday afternoon prayer meetings. The first Sunday of the month will be Fellowship Sunday, there won't be a prayer meeting but members are encouraged to use that day to get together for fellowship and community building. The second and fourth Sunday afternoon gatherings will be our prayer meetings, from 3:30 to 5 pm at Holy Family Catholic Parish in San Jose ( 4848 Pearl Avenue) in the Living Room. The third Sunday will be reserved for a talk on Catholic teaching and will be from 3:30 to 5 pm with guest speaker(s) also at Holy Family Living Room. When there is a fifth Sunday in a month, the gathering will be a MSJC community meeting from 3:30 pm. To 5 pm. at Holy Family Living Room. As always, these meetings are open to anyone

Day of Recollection moved to April 22nd: Due to a change of priests at the Shrine of St. Joseph (544 W. Cliff Dr.) in Santa Cruz, we moved our Day away to Sat. April 22nd. Fr. Engel will be giving the talk in the morning and presiding at Mass there. All are welcome to come from 9:30 AM to 2 PM. in Santa Cruz. There is a $10 fee for the event, which includes lunch. Please see Annie Esget to pay the registration fee by April 14th
Lord's Day Celebration on May 7th: We will have a Lord's Day celebration, which will include Lord's Day prayers and a potluck dinner. The celebration will start at 3:30 and all are asked to bring a potluck item to share. MSJC will bring the drinks and dinnerware.
Northern California Catholic Charismatic Convention: The annual event will be on Fri. May 23rd thru Sun. May 25th at the Santa Clara Convention Center (same site as last year). Friday night is a Eucharistic adoration with praise and worship. Saturday has talks all day and Sunday has talks in the morning and a closing Mass in the afternoon. MSJC encourages all to attend especially the Mass on Sunday afternoon. If you would like to help with registration, please contact Annie Esget.
