Mission San Jose Community
Bulletin for JANUARY 2002
Community Prayer Meetings: Our weekly prayer and praise meetings are every Sunday from 4 to 5:30pm at the Warm Springs Community Center. As always, these prayer meetings are open to anyone who would like to join us in praising GOD and learning more about MSJC. Remember that additional information on MSJC and the California Mission magazine is available on the Web at HTTP://WWW.MSJC.ORG
IMPORTANT TIME CHANGE: Are new prayer meeting start time has been changed to 4pm instead of starting at 5pm. This change was voted on at one of the recent MSJC Community Meetings after multiple reasons necessitated the change.
MSJC Community Meeting: MSJC will be holding a Community Meeting on Saturday, Jan. 19th from 6:30pm - 9:30pm at the Bateman's home in San Jose. Please call and let the Bateman's know, for planning purposes, that you will be attending by January 15th.
Winter and Spring Bible Study: MSJC will be starting a Bible study program on the Mass and Eucharist in February. It will run until June and will be conducted through the Men's and Women's Share Groups which meet on weeknights at designated locations. If you are not in a Share Group and would like to join one, please speak to Gary or Dan about the times and locations of the current groups.
Pizza Nights: The next MSJC Pizza
Night is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 27th. MSJC provides the pizza after the regular
Sunday prayer meeting and requests that you sign-up to bring other needed items such as sodas,
juice drinks for children, ice bottled water and dessert. Sign-up by Jan. 20th at the
prayer meeting or by calling Judy Bateman./FONT>
